🛒 Ordering

How do I place an order?

Browse our shop at /shop, choose your juices, add them to your cart, and proceed to checkout. All orders are processed securely through Stripe.

Do I need to order in advance?

Yes — all orders are preorders. Juicella is made fresh to order, so we need time to prepare your batch. Preorder as early as possible to secure your spot in the weekly run.

Can I modify my order after placing it?

If you need to make changes after ordering, contact us at [email protected] as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate changes before your order goes into production.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards through Stripe — Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Stripe is our secure payment processor; your card data is never stored on our servers.

Is there a minimum order?

For delivery orders, we require a minimum of 4 bottles per order. Pickup orders have no minimum — order as few as one bottle.

🚚 Delivery

Where do you deliver?

We deliver to approved Suffolk County communities on Long Island. A calculated delivery fee applies per order based on distance. We are not a nationwide shipping company — our delivery is local and personal.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery to Long Island is calculated at checkout based on your address. Pickup at Bayshore Farmer's Market (ALCC Church Brooklyn pickup) is always free.

When will my order arrive?

After you place your order, our team will contact you within 24 hours to coordinate your delivery window. Delivery is not automated — it's personal. We'll confirm a specific time that works for you.

Is there free delivery?

Pickup at both our Bayshore Farmer's Market and ALCC Church Brooklyn locations is always free. Home delivery to approved Long Island communities has a calculated fee shown at checkout.

Do you ship nationwide?

Not at this time. Juicella is a local, small-batch operation serving Long Island and Brooklyn. We don't ship across state lines — cold-pressed juice requires the cold chain we provide in person.

📍 Pickup

Where can I pick up my order?

We have two pickup locations: Bayshore Farmer's Market (80 West Main St, Bayshore, NY — Fridays 3–7 PM) and Brooklyn (East 98th Street — Sundays, time TBC). Both are free.

Can I walk in without preordering?

No. Neither pickup location is a walk-in store or storefront. All pickup orders must be placed online in advance. Walk-ins cannot be accommodated.

What are the Bayshore pickup hours?

Bayshore Farmer's Market pickup is available Fridays between 3 PM and 7 PM. Preorder is required — orders placed on the day of pickup may not be available.

What time is Brooklyn pickup?

Brooklyn pickup is on Sundays at East 98th Street. Exact timing will be confirmed in your order confirmation email. Check back on this page as we finalize the schedule.

📦 Storage

How long does the juice last?

Our cold-pressed juices stay fresh for 5–7 days when kept refrigerated. No preservatives means the cold chain matters — keep them chilled from the moment you receive them.

How should I store my juice?

Keep your Juicella cans refrigerated at all times. Shake or stir gently before drinking, as natural separation may occur. Do not leave juice unrefrigerated for extended periods.

Can I freeze Juicella juice?

We don't recommend freezing. Freezing can alter the taste and texture of cold-pressed juice and may affect its nutritional profile. Consume refrigerated within 5–7 days.

What happens if my juice expires?

If you're concerned your juice has spoiled — unusual smell, taste, or appearance — discard it and contact us. Freshness is our priority, and we stand behind every batch we deliver.

🌿 Ingredients

Do you add sugar or sweeteners?

Never. Every Juicella blend uses only whole fruits and vegetables — no added sugar, syrups, sweeteners, or artificial ingredients of any kind.

Are your juices organic?

We use high-quality fresh produce. While not all ingredients carry an organic certification, we prioritize whole, natural ingredients with no concentrates or artificial additives.

What allergens do your products contain?

Please check each individual product's allergen information on its product page. If you have a severe allergy, contact us at [email protected] before ordering.

Are your juices vegan?

Yes — all Juicella juices are made entirely from fruits and vegetables. No animal products are used in any blend.

Are there any preservatives?

No preservatives, ever. The short shelf life (5–7 days) is by design — it's proof that what's inside is real and fresh.

🔄 Subscription

How does the Wellness Plan work?

Choose 4, 8, or 12 bottles per week. We curate a selection based on what's in season and on the menu, then deliver or prepare for pickup on your schedule.

Can I pause my subscription?

Yes. Pause anytime before your next billing cycle with no fees and no questions asked. Life is unpredictable — your Wellness Plan should flex with it.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Cancel anytime before your next billing cycle. There are no long-term commitments or cancellation fees.

Can I change my flavor selection?

Subscription flavor selection is curated based on availability. As we expand, we'll introduce more customization options. Contact us if you have specific preferences.

What's the difference between a Wellness Plan and ordering individually?

A Wellness Plan gives you a consistent weekly supply at a better per-bottle price — up to 25% savings compared to individual ordering. Individual orders are available anytime with no recurring commitment.

↩️ Returns

What if my order is wrong or damaged?

Contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order details and a photo if possible. We will make it right — wrong or damaged orders are replaced or refunded promptly.

Do you offer refunds?

Yes, for orders that are incorrect, damaged, or not delivered as confirmed. Because juice is a perishable product made fresh for you, we cannot accept returns for buyer's remorse after delivery. See our full refund policy for details.

What is your freshness guarantee?

Every Juicella order is made fresh. If your juice doesn't arrive in perfect condition or doesn't meet the freshness standard we're known for, contact us and we will make it right.
